Weekly Rentals: Most gated communities on the barrier island allow only annual rentals; as a result, weekly rentals are a rarity in Vero, but can be found occasionally on owner-run vacation rentals web sites (see below)
Seasonal Rentals: most communities will allow season rental of town homes, condominiums and villas for periods of one to three months; depending on the individual community. These rentals can be found on owner-run web sites, the local real estate classifieds and through local rental agencies like those we recommend below.
