Known for marketing savvy, boundless energy and an ability to merge creativity with analytics, Sally has represented buyers, developers and sellers of properties on the river, ocean and in between from $150,000 to $4.1 million. Prior to entering real estate, Sally and her husband Dick ran their own marketing firm for 25 years providing marketing, advertising and public relations service for clients across the globe like Citibank, Hyatt Hotels, Champion Paper, Nine West Shoes, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and others.
A veteran of the relocation industry, Sally was tapped as the youngest manager ever at Homequity (now Cendant) to manage a closing department of 14 that conducted in-house closings on properties across the country and distributed millions of proceeds annually. There, she also oversaw the launch of the Dallas office closing department, taught at Homequity University and managed the computerization of the settlement distribution process for all three regional offices.
An admitted perfectionist and advocate of giving back to the community in which she lives, Sally’s best known locally as founder of the Vero Beach Book Festival. In addition to launching the book festival, Sally’s other non-profit commitments include conducting pro bono marketing for her church and serving as past Board Chairperson of its Board of Adult Ministry and Board of Music.
A member of the Realtors Association of Indian River County and a native of Connecticut, Sally, Dick, and their daughter Molly relocated to paradise in 2001 after their extensive research for the perfect place to call home along the Eastern Seaboard led them to Vero Beach. When she is not scouring the island for ideal properties for clients or assessing the perfect medium to promote a listing, Sally can usually be found in her lap pool where she’s using her legendary energy to transform into a long distance swimmer after 30 years of running convinced her knees that it’s time for a change!
